Nancy V: My life as a foodie and career caterer can only be described as crazy!. If you're in the food idustry, I need say no more. Even if you have braved putting together a dinner party for 10, you have tasted the catering flavor and if food is a passion or even a hobby, the taste of victory can be sweet and failure bitter. In my 25 plus years in the business, I have savored both (sweet is better). This blog is dedicated to pretty pics but also some blood, sweat and tears with little tips on how to avoid train wrecks and near misses. So, you want to be a caterer?
